Tirunelveli - 627007  Terms & Conditions for Super-stockist cum Distributor:
1. Initially you need to pay a
deposit of Rs. 2 Lakhs / District for the Super stockist. Purchase of stocks can be made by you from us up to Rs. 2 Lakhs / District. The invoice amount should be paid in full before raising the subsequent purchase order and to get the stocks supplied.
2. The credit period for the invoice
amount to be paid is one week or maximum 10 days.
3. The margin percentages would
be 20% (Mark up) to the Retailers and 10 to 15 % (Mark up) to the Distributors. Marketing efforts should be taken up by your firm.
4. Marketing materials (POP) would
be supplied by the company.
5. The area demarcation in which you
can distribute our products would be done by the company.
6. You should have the required
infrastructure (Office, Warehouse , Gst No. and vehicles etc.), financial position and work force etc.
7. You need to have the GST registration
done as per the Govt.'s order.
8. There are no return policy for the stocks
sold to you by the company.
